Westie Walk was founded in 2001 by Ohio cousins Jean Detrick and Beverly Clawson-Ressler. Jean and Beverly organized the Westie Walk as a way to demonstrate their passion and love for Westies and to bring together Westie owners and their friends for fun, fellowship, and education while benefiting a worthy cause...WestieMed. Westie Walk has become an annual event.
